Premier Gourmet

This place spent nearly a decade as the best craft beer selection in Western NY. They were fully aware of that and collected premium prices for their stock along the way. Today, they sell $30 four packs of beer, brewed 8 months ago, off of unrefrigerated aisle shelves while they have a mostly empty cooler, because their staff apparently doesn’t realize certain beer types require refrigeration to best retain its quality. It’s a total shame that something so good for the local area was taken from us.

I get catering from premier. I can tell you that the food is excellent. I typically get orders for 25 to 30 people and Premier has fulfilled beautifully with on time delivery. The positive feedback on how delicious the food is shows the dedication and refinement Premier has for its craft. Many of my customers were not aware of The Kitchen or its menu but they do now. Definitely worth considering when looking for a caterer or even stop in for lunch. And the store has great items in stock for your kitchen, as well as a vast coffee selection. Worth the time to stop in. A big thanks to Mark, Rob, Margaret and Teresa.

I went there specifically for fig coffee, for a birthday gift, their website said was in stock. I checked all the coffees and could not find. I asked a cashier, who had no one in line to wait on, if their coffee was located anywhere else from where I checked. She said no and offered no other assistance. My husband and I checked again. I found another employee to ask. He did check, but also could not locate. He took my name and phone number & said he would have the person who handles the coffee call me the next day. I never received a callback. I will not shop there again.

This place is amazing. Service is perfect and they have pretty much everything you can think of and if not they'll order it and tell you when it's arrived. I loved the small kitchen in the back where you can order food and get a cold drink. This is a great before/after work quiet sit down place
